The Spring Micro Sessions were a complete whirlwind of success!
Whether live animals were used or not,
the kids all did awesome!
I was a little nervous that the animals might be too fearful, the kids a little too huggy, and of course that a kid or animal might get injured, but I get to proudly say that no children or animals were harmed in the making of these photos.
The bunnies used were super sweet.
The kids were more fearful than the chicks were!
I missed some fantastic photo opportunities because I was too busy
laughing when a tiny baby bird decided
to charge straight at an unsuspecting child.
Thanks to the parents, the RCHS reps and my 7yo...
...we were even able to get some great pictures of the animals with babies and toddlers!
The biggest challenge in three days was cleaning up the chicken poop and that made for
lots of silly potty talk and laughter from the kids.
My biggest regret is that I forgot to get more pictures of the chicks with my own kids before taking the little noise makers to their new home at A&H Farm.
They got to hang out with the bun buns, though!
Happy Easter 2015 and bring on the Spring!
Next up: Mommy and Me Micros!
I've got some ideas to create some absolutely stunning outdoor images of you mamas with your babies. These will be held leading up to Mother's Day and are an awesome opportunity to finally get the family photographer out from behind the camera and playing with her little loves. This is a great gift for Grandmas, too!
So, keep an eye out for the Mommy & Me flyers and get ready to get your snuggles on! If you haven't already done so, make sure to email littleleapling@gmail.com to request my monthly newsletter updates.
