Get out of the oven!
Welcome to Kansas. There are days here where I just hope the temperatures will sky rocket to the point where the humidity doesn't have a chance. Then at least we can hang in the shade and actually be able to breathe.
When we decide on the perfect time for a session, there's always a chance we'll need to reschedule. Kids get sick, a storm rolls through, emergencies force you to leave town, and occasionally, I'll need to ask my clients for some flexibility. We are real people dealing with real inconveniences and the last thing I want is to add any stress to a photo session where my goal is draw out those true smiles.
In the case of the Ryan Family, things just heated up way too quickly. We headed over to Tuttle Creek Park for a morning session expecting the shade and forecast to play in our favor, but that darn humidity was suffocating. We managed to get some adorable smiles from the kiddos, but we decided it would be best to split things up and meet again on a cooler day to capture some awesome family portraits.
I will bend over backwards to make sure every client is in love with their images, so relax and get excited about your upcoming session!
